MAKE is a full-service owners representative and consultant that assists condominium associations and structural engineers with compliance matters related to the state of Florida's new condominium inspection requirements, SB 4-D and SB 154.
We aim to make life easier for condo management associations, condo boards, and condo residents by overseeing inspections, reporting, financing, insurance, and construction monitoring. We can also function as an ancillary contractor, supplementing the main contractor with miscellaneous repairs.
Our services can be of value to engineers, lenders, and insurance professionals who might be assisting condominiums who are complying with SB 4-D and SB 154, but might require an extra layer of administrative or technical support in order to navigate these issues with their clients.
